One of the things I think is the hardest about losing weight is time management. In my experience, planning meals which are healthy, nutritious and delicious is really quick tricky. Whenever I get home from work I barely have time to cook anything before it’s time for Big Brother then bed, so I’m usually more concerned in filling my belly than counting the calories. I love to cook when I do have the time, but there are many week nights when I have a really small time slot which I label “eating”, so cooking meals is simply out of the questions.
So how might one eat healthily in the shortest space of time? The answer is simple: Weight Watchers Meals.
Now you might turn your nose up at a microwave meal, but hear me out. These meals are really quick but they taste great. It cuts your portion sizes down to what you should be eating, they’re easy to prepare and there is a huge variety to choose from. From curries, to Chinese, pasta and lasagna to hot pots and pies. There is a huge range of biscuits and snacks to keep you from feeling peckish in between meals.
My favourite? The quiches. I don’t even like quiche but these are delicious. So have a quick look at the website and maybe even sign yourself up? We will shed those extra few pounds without eating cardboard!

A lot of the Sainsburys’ low fat ready meals have points on them too. The broccoli and chicken pasta one is seriously yummy and about 5 points I think. Might have to jump back on the WW wagon with you
