I can’t help but feel a little bit sad that our Awesome Tour of Sydney is coming to an end. Over the last 6 or so weeks we’ve had so much fun here at Princess Palace…sticking each other to the wall (in the name of research, obv…), photoshopping my boyfriends face, eating random kangaroos and creating the magical mystical Wombinder…which is of course set to take over the world.

But now…as old Blue Eyes once sang…the end is near…so we must face…the final curtain…

Which is the biggest and most detailed challenge of all!

I put this out there on Twitter last week and have had some fantastic responses and help – and as always, anyone who has submitted and idea, suggestion or memory will get the opportunity to win a fantastical trip to Oz for 2 if we win the overall competition…thanks to those marvellous peeps at 1000heads and Visit NSW.

So, while I may have left it late (I HATE FLU) seeing as today is the deadline…here is the last and final (sniff) task in the Awesome Tour Of Sydney…

For the 6^th and final challenge, we want you to put to use everything you’ve learnt and assume the role of Awesome Tour Guide. We’d like you to create a visitor’s guide for Sydney; it could be a city guide or a guide to a specific location, attraction or event, using knowledge gained from the last 5 Challenges for inspiration. As usual, the medium in which you present this will be entirely up to you – whether a Lonely Planet-style handbook, a spoof tourist-information video, or maybe the sort of post you might come across on a travel blog. You can choose as many or as few of the topics we’ve covered to base your guide on. We also want you to ask your community which their favourite tour stops were, and what they’d most want to do if visiting Sydney.

So….if any of you have any stand out memories of your times in Sydney; things that have made you laugh, or taken your breath away, or made you feel like you have to go back…please get in touch if you haven’t already, and lets try our very hardest this one last time to win those 4 tickets to Australia!!
