If you have paid any attention to my recent ramblings, you will know that I am a huge fan of F**k It, the book by John C Parkin that has been loitering over in our sidebar under “This Week We are Loving…” for weeks.
John C Parkin and his wife, Gaia, have been running retreats in the Italian hills for some years now, known as The Hill That Breathes. One of their most popular weekends is “The Way of F**k It”, which teached you to just…well….I think the clue is in the title. I have wanted to go for years, but the fact that it’s in Italy has always been a little bit of a hindrance to my plan.
So I am OVER THE MOON to hear that “The Way of F**k It” is coming back to London Town this April. The 2 day course (2nd and 3rd) will be held at The Columbia Hotel, Lancaster Gate, and costs £155 if you book before the end of January.
