I love fashion. And we all know I love a party. So an invitation to last nights party to celebrate 40 years of Browns fashion boutique was my idea of heaven.
We were treated to a preview of the spectacular exhibition, which celebrates Browns involvement in fashion over the last four decades. The exhibits are simply stunning – with some truly iconic outfits being showcased alongside portraits of Browns ambassadors (an array of models, designers, rock stars and actors) shot by Paolo Roversi.
Then, the party started. Fuelled by delicious cocktails made with new Beefeater Gin 24, scrumptious Mark Hix canapes and music by DJ Greg Wilson, I found myself dancing next to Eva Herzigova (looking A-MAZ-ING in Dolce & Gabbana), chatting to the charming Simon Le Bon, passing Paloma Faith on the stairs whilst we were talking with Henry Holland, meeting fellow blogger Susie Bubble and being introduced to the legend that is Hilary Alexander. Quite a night.
