Lovers of Victoria Beckham’s personal style will be delighted with her latest collection, which features a new take on the sculpted silhouettes and over-sized sunglasses that the singer-turned-designer has become known for. In keeping with her previous designs embellishment has been kept relatively simple, with Victoria looking instead to cut, fabric and bright injections of colour to create a collection of fun yet sophisticated dresses. I particularly like the bright red tunic, the flared skirt dress (I think Holly Golightly would be a fan of this one) and the metallic asymmetric dress (shown below). These are all pieces that, whilst undeniably high fashion, nonetheless have a welcome wearability to them. Once again VB’s designs are likely to be a huge hit with both celebrities and the fashion pack.
In addition to the dresses (which can already be viewed online here) Victoria has also created a range of denim and a collection of eyewear, both of which include some extremely covetable pieces. Fashionistas, I strongly recommend that you keep an eye open for the glamorous lace leggings and ankle zip jeans. And to finish off your look? Opt for some striking aviators or my personal favourites, the tortoiseshell square-framed sunglasses.
