Borough Market is an absolute haven for food lovers. There’s something exciting about getting amongst the beautiful, fresh ingredients. You get a real buzz from the colours, the smells, the enthusiasm of the traders and customers alike. And, it’s got just that little bit better thanks to The Real Food Festival, who have launched a weekly fixture at Borough, bringing new producers to London’s most historic and popular food market.
Every Thursday, 14 of the countries top producers will come to London bringing Borough Market’s shoppers and the local community even more choice and the opportunity to buy great quality, fresh produce and ingredients at affordable prices, direct from the producers.
Glenis Reagon, Managing Director of Borough Market said “We are delighted that the Real Food Festival has accepted our invitation to add its traders and events to the diverse offering and vibrant atmosphere at Borough Market. Our customers will appreciate the enhanced array of produce and the ongoing informative events.”
The Real Food Festival‘s main event will be taking place 7-10th May, and provides an annual platform to showcase smaller producers by offering subsidised stands at its show at Earl’s Court. To keep in line with the show’s philosophy, Real Food Festival stalls at Borough Market are also subsidised.
Lovely.
