I’ve just found out some amazing news…my heart actually jumped. My best friend’s father has just had the all clear from throat cancer.
This has been something that has rightly yet sadly been affecting all of us for the last year. There have been a lot of tears, a lot of love, some real heartache and fear shared between us recently – but not a lot of laughter.
While of course I have understood why its been missing…I’ve missed it a lot.
It’s a friendship that is otherwise full of laughter and sunshine and happiness and sarcasm and random acts of kindness. It’s hard to explain how easy it is to be in each others company….but I just spotted this picture on The Sartorialist and it reminded me of many happy days. Just wanted to share.
