OK, so by now I know that my fantastic readers LOVE a giveaway…
….and so I thought I’d put a little smile on your wonderful faces this gloomy Wednesday morning! I have a cracking competition to win a pair of tickets to the terrific Yoga Show at London’s Olympia – which takes place on 30th, 31st October and 1st November 2009.
I am lucky enough to have 10 pairs of tickets to give away – each pair admits 2 people (obv) for the full 3 days! So you can choose to spend 1, 2 or 3 days in chilled out yoga bliss.
There is loads to do at this year’s show including free yoga & pilates classes, pilates reformer and 1:2:1 equipment sessions, children’s yoga, demonstrations and lectures. With over 200 exhibitors you will also find everything you need for your yoga & pilates practice together with inspirational products for a healthy lifestyle.

There is also an opportunity to raise some money for some worth causes in the 2009 Yoga Aid Challenge. The aim is to complete 108 Sun Salutations and raise a minimum of £108 sponsorship, led by some of the worlds greatest Yoga Teachers. For more information or to register please click here.
